The netX Chip Carrier contains an integrated Webserver as well as a transparent Ethernet Channel, which can be accessed by the host application either in TCP socket mode or in RAW Ethernet mode. In RAW Ethernet mode, the connection is realized using a separate MAC address and the application is seen as individual device in the network.
Moreover, in mid-2018 an upgrade with integrated OPC UA server and a MQTT client is available. Thereby the standard Ethernet communication as well as the IoT communication takes place on the same cabling in parallel to the Real-Time Ethernet traffic.
netRAPID 51 is a 'ready-to-solder' communication solution and your easiest way to your own netX design. Thanks to trendsetting netX technology, it is well prepared for the latest requirements of the different Real-Time-Ethernet systems and the Internet of things.
netRAPID allows you rapid and risk-free prototyping as well as automated SMD mass production of your embedded design.
